Installed Games Are In The Hard Drive, BUT, Not Reflected In The App

I am just sharing this for a work around, as I could not find a solution since the last EA App update.
I hope someone with technical knowledge of what I did can translate it to others here so that they have a solution to the same issue as well.

My issue WAS, during the last update, my games were in the library, but, the ones installed were not reflected under the installed portion in the App. Downloading the games will take a really long time; some of the games stuck at a certain percent and cannot download any further.

I did a regedit and looked for the games installed but not reflected under the installed label of the App and change the address in the registry to reflect where it is located; and my installed games appeared, and worked.

I should not be going through the registry to be doing this if the EA App is done properly. Think about those who have no technician experience, they will be frustrated, miserable and fuming at not being able to use what they have paid for. Would you like to buy a car and it goes kaput right after you purchased it? Seriously, even with the world falling apart, refrain from sinking into their level, have some pride and dignity in your endeavors.

I hope someone with a better technical knowledge can translate what I did to help another fellow player, Thank You.

Hey @XIIIBlade this was more than likely caused by a system issue rather than the EA app.

It's best to ensure that your system is up to date and running without issue.
