Linking PSN ID

Hello, when I try to link my PSN ID to my account I get an error message saying its already linked to a disabled.ea.com email address. I have no idea what this email is or was, if it is an old email I have no access to it. Is it possible for support to break the link between my PSN ID and old email? This is preventing me from playing any EA games I have bought in my PSN ID library.  Any help is appreciated, thanks!

    No one here can help you with this problem, you need to contact EA Support, only Support can resolve account issues.

    • The link to EA's Support is here.
    • In "Search game or Topic" Search for "EA app".
    • Click on "See all Help Topics"
    • Click "I need help logging in to my EA Account"
    • Click "Continue without logging in"
    • Choose a contact option, preferable "Chat with us" 
      (EA help Guide.)

    I have tried that a million times and no one helps. Figured I would see if I could give it a shot here because I am in desperation mode.
