New Account Linking
This technically isn't about the app but this was the closest discussion board I could find for this. I recently bought Xbox game pass and wanted to use the EA Play included with it for some games I've really been wanting to play. I went to link my accounts but couldn't because like 5 years ago I connected an Xbox account that I do not use now and do not have game pass on. I WILL NOT make a new EA account because I already have games on my current account and I am not going to make a new email just to make a new EA account. I'm not asking for anything special, this is a basic ability every other company grants me, and I know EA has done it before, I just want to be able to link another Xbox account. If you can't do that for me, please don't respond.27Views1like0CommentsMy account is hacked

Hello EA I have looked and looked, but I cant seem to find some kind of login history, so I can check that no unauthorized activity has been taking place. I had my account for 13 years and I just want to make sure that my account is safe. I have tried where my ubisoft account was hacked, and the hacker just used my account to game on, not buying or changing anything. The hacker had used my account for years until ubisoft made it possible for me to check my 5 last logins, only then did I found out and change passwords on everything. So maybe the same thing is happening here, there is no way to be sure because I cant check my last few logins. Can you please make it possible so people can actually check if they have been hacked17Views0likes1CommentGame disappeared from library
Hello all, after not having played Star Wars Battlefront II for a while, I decided to get back into it. I launched the EA app, and clicked the game icon in my library to launch it. Upon this, the Epic Games app opened, but the game was not in my library there. Nothing else happened. I checked to see if my EA and Epic accounts were still linked, wich they were. I decided to uninstall both apps and reinstall them. To my surprise, the game was now also missing from my EA app. I went to the EA help website and did see the game still marked with a red 'my game' indicator on them main screen. I reached out to the EA helpdesk where I was repeatedly told the game was marked as an Epic game for them, and that I had to get help from Epic instead. When I contacted them however, they told me they have no record of me owing the game and ask for a receipt. Both email addresses I have do not contain any emails showing a receipt or anything like that. I also do not remember through which channel I bought the game as it was years ago... I tried to unlink the EA and Epic accounts, and thought maybe when linking them again perhaps the game would reappear somewhere. Unfortunately I cannot link the two accounts anymore, for the simple reason that the linking apparently happens when I would launch the game in the Epic app. But the whole issue was it is missing there. I contacted EA again, who suggested to post on the forum as they had nothing left to offer. As the forum was down for maintenance for a few days, I am finally here to post. Surprisingly though, the game is now no longer showing on the main screen of my EA help website. Luckily I took a screenshot last week when it was still there (see attachment). Does anyone know what could be going wrong here? I don't know what to do anymore. But I am kinda surprised how all traces of me having owned and played this game, including online, now suddenly seem missing everywhere. How is that possible???Solved82Views0likes1Comment
