Missing content & EA Help not working

I purchased a Second Half Jumbo Ultimate Pack and as it opened it flashed up with a Gatti MOTM Europa card. When the screen went on to players there were only 50 players and no specials. Highest being Thiago. 
I don’t know what to do as I’m missing 10 players and I’ve tried to go on to the help section but it won’t allow me to contact EA in any way. I’ve got the packs to try and get the Craft to Glory done but don’t want to just use the players without EA helping to resolve missing players. I’ve taken screen shots etc but I’m not that tech savvy to be able to sort this out, I’m getting really frustrated and I’m running out of time to do objectives.

    Hey @FIFAKnight75 for issues such as this you will need to speak with one of our chat support advisers who will be able to advise you further. 

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product FIFA 23

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat

  • It will not allow me to start a chat and if I click on email then it just refreshes the page. The option for chat is not even coming up.

  • Managed to be able to create a case by choosing a different option for my query, hasn’t helped though as I’ve just got the standard response to try everything I have already done. Hopefully they can just check the account, see what happened and rectify it, surely it’s that simple right?
