Missing Content No meaningful customer service
I have put in 8 cases and they always get closed with zero help. I purchased the Ultimate Edition and have sent my receipt into a game advisor. I was told the engineers would look into this a month ago and nothing has been done. I have not received the 4600 fifa points promised not does it appear I have received a fut hero as promised (I think) from purchasing the Fifa 23 ultimate edition. How does one get any customer service to actually look at your problems? It now also appears when I go to the xbox loading screen it says I purchased the standard edition when my receipt clearly indicates I paid for the ultimate edition. Is there anyone to call? I don't see any good chat options. I don't see any meaningful response to my inquiries regarding when my account will be fixed. I have only been told that engineers are looking into it.
Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get meaningful customer service to look at what is going on with my fifa 23 game? I have supplied receipts, entered my gamer id, gamer tag. ..absolutely nothing. nothing done and now it is November.
