Missing Content No meaningful customer service

I have put in 8 cases and they always get closed with zero help.  I purchased the Ultimate Edition and have sent my receipt into a game advisor.  I was told the engineers would look into this a month ago and nothing has been done.  I have not received the 4600 fifa points promised not does it appear I have received a fut hero as promised (I think) from purchasing the Fifa 23 ultimate edition.  How does one get any customer service to actually look at your problems?  It now also appears when I go to the xbox loading screen it says I purchased the standard edition when my receipt clearly indicates I paid for the ultimate edition.  Is there anyone to call?  I don't see any good chat options.  I don't see any meaningful response to my inquiries regarding when my account will be fixed.  I have only been told that engineers are looking into it.  

Does anyone have a suggestion on how to get meaningful customer service to look at what is going on with my fifa 23 game?  I have supplied receipts, entered my gamer id, gamer tag. ..absolutely nothing.  nothing done and now it is November.

  • I've had same thing. Multiple tickets, customer support sessions that go round and round for hours, and then ultimately  being told to just post here on the forums, where things largely get ignored. I started posting here over a month ago on this issue, and still nothing.

    You can contact our live support at help.ea.com.  

    To  speak with a phone or chat adviser:

    Click on your product Origin

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat or call

  • I have attempted NUMEROUS times to get someone to help with a genuine mistake made by my MINOR son. They do not care that he lost his own hard earned money on an issue that should be easily fixed. They have Absolutely HORRID customer service. NEVER recommending anyone ever.  Disgusting to treat customers this way. 

  • Sadly same experience here. there's a few missing games in my library since the forced upgrade from Origin to the EA App, like 12 or 13 tickets later, EA support seems either unwilling or

    incabable of helping. they just spit out the same 3 troubleshooting steps, 2 of which don't even apply to my issue (VC errors and GFX card updating, seriously?)

    I've been attempting in vain also to decipher the steps required to access live chat. any option leads to a FAQ or submit an email support request.

    Anyway it looks like those games are lost forever. it's infuriatingly very bad support. never bying EA games again for sure; seems no guarantee your games will be accessible  :/
