missing games in EA app library
case 151773229 on the off-chance a support tech sees this (because I at the end of my tether here) 11 open cases so far over the span of a week; I keep getting stonewalled with the same 3 copy paste...

Since support is still either unwilling or unable to assist, bumping this up here because, you know, I would really really like to see my missing games back. I do not think it should be this difficult to provide basic support. My ticket(s) still get bounced back by a different support person each time always with he same 3 links (at this point I doubt they even look at case history)
I WOULD LIKE DEAD SPACE 2 AND DRAGON AGE 2 back in my library please. This issue only happened after upgrading from Origin to EA App.
