Good evening, I just bought a sims 4 kit pack (the pastel pop kit) and it isn’t showing up. I even purchased it a second time and it still isn’t showing up but they took my money both times. How do I fix this?

Just as a heads up, I've removed the attachments that showed your email and other account/payment details. Please keep in mind these are public forums and visible to everyone!
If you're seeing a duplicate purchase and aren't able to actually access the pack, it would be best to contact support directly so they can check through the transactions and help get that straightened out.
