My add on has dissapeared

I am at an absolute loss. A few months ago i downloaded sims 4 for the first time, I enjoyed playing it and even bought the cats and dogs add-on, a few weeks later i deleted it as i stopped playing it. I have just re-downloaded the sims, and my add on is no longer there and is asking for a "redeem code" which i cannot find. Ive tried searching up in my emails for an email from the sims, EA etc, and still nothing. IT WAS $50!! Im sorry, but this is so beyond ridiculous, also EA has VERY poor customer service, they dont even have a number i could call?? Please help me.

    Hey e2trappy11,

    It sounds like you might not be logging in with the same account as the one you had a few months ago. Do you have any other email addresses you might have used when you logged in originally? If so, could you try logging in with those?
