My Real Last Name is Offensive?!?
Does anybody from EA Sports read these forums? I tried creating a player with my eight year old son and apparently when I enter our real last name as the create a player’s last name, it got erro...

Community Manager@itinj24 I am afraid that this is a situation to which we do not support over the forums. If an account is actioned in any way like this, it would be an issue to take up with our Terms of Service team and not here by a CM.
If you have not, we would advise to please contact them Here for more info on that one. The appeals are not just for banned or suspended accounts but they can provide more info that we do not.

The link you posted is for appealing a ban, there is nothing on the page about last names being offensive..... For the record my last name was also flagged as offensive or contains too many numerics, whatever tf that means... Its Cobb btw... i dont see how that can possibly be offensive...can you please forward this to the department that handles game issues and bugs? Thank you.
Same problem for me. I contacted support who can't do anything.
The rule for EA is simple: a few abuse, so they punish everyone. Disreputable method, but we're not going to ask them to exercise discernment.
They apply like machines. An AI could be more effective than the support I just had in chat.
