Need my Steam account unlinked from an EA account that isn't mine

So more context to the title: I haven't really been using my EA account much because I haven't needed it and I primarily play all my games on Steam. Recently I wanted to play Battlefront II but it was linked to some Russia email that was not mine. I suspect this happened when my Steam account was hacked a while back. I don't know what to do because I can't disconnect it from the Steam side and this is not the account it is linked to. I tried opening a case but that doesn't help and I can't just email someone about this horrible situation. Is there anything at all that EA can do? If I can move this to email so I don't have to post a bunch of information out in the open to prove that the steam account is mine and the same email as this account please do.
