Verification code not sending to my email
i have had not this account but my other since 2021 and i have had no issues but i have gotten a new laptop and i wanted to sign in on my account and it keeps sending me a verification code to get into the game and i never receive it. i made another account on accident which is the one i am using now, it will send a verification code to this email super quick. i have been trying to get into my other account for about 4 days now. i have summited a dispute or whatever not gotten back to me. i have over 10 hours on sims 4 and mutilple legacies and i cannot get into my account. on my old laptop i can log in easily without a code, but for me to change anything on my account i must have a verification code but i cannot get one. they arent blocked, not in spam folder, i have plenty of gmail space. this is ridiculous, i dont even have 2 factor authentication on. i just want to play sims 4 man.Issues with Linked EA Account After Steam Hack
Hello, I’m reaching out to share my frustrating experience and hopefully find a resolution or advice from others who may have faced a similar issue. I purchased a game (Need for Speed Unbound) on Steam during winter sales. Haven't launched it since. And now I decided to play it. But when I try to launch the game, it logs into an EA account that I don’t recognize at all. I suspect this is a result of my Steam account being hacked some time ago (around May 2021), during which the hacker might have linked their own or a hacked EA account to my Steam profile. I contacted EA Support and after a detailed conversation, they confirmed that they don’t have the tools to unlink or fix the issue on their end. The best option EA suggested was to reach out to Steam Support to request a refund through Steam. However, since I bought the game almost a year ago, Steam won’t allow for a refund. So it means, I bought a game for a stranger or a hacker. In addition, EA Support mentioned that it’s not possible to contact the owner of the linked EA account, which leaves me feeling stuck. Has anyone else faced a similar situation with a hacked Steam account or linked EA accounts? If so, how did you resolve it? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Also, if EA Support happens to update the situation in the future, it would be great to be informed. I don't want it to become a next-level hacking method (hacking steam accounts, linking own EA accounts to farm games accidentally purchased) so I hope this gets a solution fast
EA Account not sending Verification Code to Email
Hi All I have no clue how to get help from EA. I cannot find any chat or any email to send to so im posting here hoping someone could help I have an EA account, everytime i log in it says "We'll send a verification code to" but it never actually sends a code? the Email works as i can send and receive emails but it doesnt seem to receive emails from EA (or EA is not sending any emails so i can get the code so i can login) Please help.
