Two Step verification Error
Ive been trying to login to my xbox account on PC which i am able to do but cannot connect my xbox profile to any EA game or adjust account email preferences due to verification code being sent to an old Yahoo email address that has been deleted years ago, i cannot access account settings to change email address as it is asking for a code i cannot access due to the email address being deleted and my current email address that is attached, which is my main email for xbox/microsoft is not the email for two step authentication for EA app for some reason, i cannot change it because i cant access account settings.26Views0likes1CommentHow to reach out to support?

Please, I am devastated. I can’t access the account I’ve purchased probably $500 worth of DLC on. I can’t even start a chat w tech support, it brings me to a new page saying that they can’t help me w this issue. I’m lost, I don’t know what to do atp. The system accepts my EA id and password.. it just wants to verify my email via code and I don’t remember which email it is! PLEASE! There has to be a way! I have bank statements, my ip address, the dates I’ve logged into my ea account.. everything except the recovery email on the account… please, please someone help me!! I don’t have the Xbox I used to make the account anymore, (it had to have been my son’s old x box tho I’m not 100% sure) so I can’t log in on a verified device either. I think I will finally be done w EA if I can’t access the dlc I have purchased! Please help me!104Views0likes3CommentsMy account was hacked and banned
This is not the actual account, I had to make an alt account. My actual account is "Astrositic". I have previously contacted an advisor Pawan P. and my account is no longer hacked. However during which my account was compromised, my account was banned. As I was not responsible for the violations as they were committed by the hacker, I would like to have my account unbanned. Due to the banned status of my account I have tried to submit numerous ban appeals as a guest and attempted to talk to an advisor but the EA AI bot keeps redirecting me elsewhere. In addition to this, as my account is banned I am unable to login to my account or use 2-factor authentication or change my password to login back into my account as EA no longer sends email to my email address "[edit: email address removed]" to receive the relevant codes. Please help.Solved22Views0likes1CommentOld Gmail is inaccessible, help
Hi all, When I made my EA account it was with an old gmail account that I made back in 2007 and since then it has been completely filled in memory with no capacity to receive new emails. It is also overloaded and I cannot find a way to delete sufficient memory from the account to make it active again. What is the alternative that I can do because when I try to change the email, EA wants to send a confirming code to the old email and I can't even add a phone number to the account. I'm unsure of how to move forward. I'm not locked out of the account, my password still works.27Views0likes1Comment2 step verification not recieving email.
So I've been trying to get access to my EA account to link it to my Steam so I can play on that instead of the EA app. I have all my usernames and passwords, but for some reason, it always asks for a 2-step verification to my email, which I still have access to. I can't find the email anywhere. I have read all the articles its not in my spam or junk, I haven't blocked the account its just not there. Anyone got ideas?94Views1like4CommentsI'm losing my account because my email has been hacked
I have had my EA account since 2014. I own multiple Sims games including a large Sims 4 collection. However I am also much to my detriment quite private, so I never linked any accounts with my EA, never added phone number and left it connected to an old email I used specifically for this account. All my invoices are there, everything. That email account is now gone. I can't recover it. I don't even know how it happened. But that puts me in a predicament. I'm still logged in my EA account for now, but once it kicks me out, I lose everything. I went to live chat, I even made a purchase directly before my sixth attempt, gave them the email and the details of this purchase. I made sure it included the whole official name as The Sims™ 4 Desert Luxe Kit (with the tm in it), gave them last 4 digits of my credit card I used for it. Only to be told that they cannot verify my account, but to "not lose hope because I am close". Well, I'm losing hope. Because I don't know what else to do. I have minimum details on my account and the stuff I do have there is all locked behind verification code to be sent to the email address I can no longer access. My own privateness put me in this mess, which I understand, but reading over and over the same message from the agents on live chat is not helpful. I invested a lot of money into this account, what can I possibly do make sure I don't lose it forever?Solved26Views0likes1Comment
