The email address cannot receive the verification code
When I try to log in to my account, the verification code sent to my email address cannot be received. Could you please tell me what the reason is? I used to be able to receive it. If it's an issue with the email address, could you please help me change it? Thank you.8Views0likes0CommentsI don't have access to my old email. The account is over 10 years old.
Recently, EA started requiring codes from your registration email. This didn't happen before. I'd already restored my account once, but I thought the EA app would remember me and not ask for a code again. But when I returned from a business trip, it asked for a code again. I've already contacted the support chat, and they're asking me various questions that I don't remember anymore; I registered over 10 years ago. I'm offering them the files EA stores on my PC so they can verify that it's my account. I have a game called Buttfield on Steam that I played. I give them screenshots and photos, asking them to take their files, but they're unwilling. They're waiting for me to remember all the information they're looking for. Where else can I go? I have a lot of EA files on my PC from over 10 years ago, including their logs, and old Steam games with game keys. I'm contacting them again now, but the chat channel is inactive, so I can't use it anymore. My PC contains a lot of files, videos, and photos from various EA games on my account, but they're not interested. It's strange. They're not interested in the EA game linked to Steam, with keys. I played it, and there's a Steam post about it.52Views1like4CommentsBanned on transfer market

Seeking Immediate Resolution
Hi everyone, I am posting here as at last resort because I am on the verge of losing my entire Sims 3 collection which my family and I have gotten over many years. I have contacted EA Support over 20 times, and I feel my case is being stuck in an automated loop. What happened exactly: I was trying to recover an account that has been inactive for 4 years. The email domain used for the account was permanently shut down in my country also 4 years ago. Because of this, I cannot receive automated codes. Although I have exhaustive proof of ownership, the advisors keep rejecting me because I cannot pass the "automated" email check. I have everything ready to prove this account is mine: I have the original CDs and serial codes, invoices and billing addresses for the purchases, my old passwords and account details. Despite spending dozens of hours talking to support, no one will look at my manual evidence. They only care about the email code, which is physically impossible to get. I've got the denied access to my own paid content because of a technicality beyond my control. I am looking for a Community Manager or a Senior Advisor who can help me with a manual verification. I just need a human being to look at my documents instead of a script. Has anyone else dealt with a "dead" email domain issue? Any advice on how to get a manual review? Thank you!27Views0likes1Comment@ea.com email linked to Game pass
I have a subscription to Xbox Game pass and when I try to play any EA game on my pc I'm met with a 2FA code that's sent to an @ea.com email address. Obviously I don't have access to this email as the inbox does not exist. I tried to log into the account on EAs website by using my Microsoft log in information and changing my email to @ea.com and it worked but I still could not get past the 2FA which makes me think it was some sort of placeholder account that EA made for me. I want to connect my Xbox account to the EA account that I'm posting on which I've had for like 10 years now but I can only unlink it if I'm signed into the @ea.com account and cant unlink it on the Xbox app. I sent in a support ticket about a week ago and haven't heard back and I'm hoping someone here has a solution. This is by far one of the most frustrating experiences I've had with any gaming company, ever.31Views0likes3CommentsLinking accounts
Everyone has a problem with the linking-unlinking accounts, it is made very poorly. Personally I don't like EA anymore all because of this, I mistakenly moved my account from an EA account to another and I lost all my progress because I didn't know something like this existed. Please reconsider on doing something about this, it is way too much to wait 6 whole months...56Views0likes7Comments[ATTENTION] Ban appeals are not working, need human support.
I have been hacked back in mid 2025. While I was streaming, getting ready to try multiplayer for the first time, because I usually play singleplayer games as I find multiplayer games often bad for me directly, and sometimes full of hackers who want to mess around. I recovered my account and discovered it was banned. It said nothing about my ban for several months. Now, I just found it was broken due to "Account Takeover". I sent appeal after appeal, my ban was never removed and AI didn't give a crap and never lifted my I account. I then contacted corporate's phone number and was instantly HUNG UP before I could explain them any bit. After I did some research several redditers have this exact same issue as me. So... why am I being denied? Do I have to even get my mother involved? Because the more I get frustrated the more I get insanse. I even posted on X calling you out on my situation and left it as is and did not get a response, and then I later discovered my case was closed with no response. I would kindly ask EA Support to talk to me directly, and take this seriously. I am a streamer and play singleplayer games just to relax and have fun with chat. Please make this easy on me. All I get is AI responses and no human review. This is the same for other companies, and it's getting on my nerves. Please fix my old account "qm8782games" as it needs to be fixed and recovered fully and reinstated after account recovery. You can email me directly. Sincerely, NeonKatVT70Views0likes1Comment
