My account says not located.
I have an account that I made a while back. It’s connected to my email. I don’t remember the password.. when I try to reset the password and put in my email, it says no EA account found. When I try to go in and login with google, it works, but it sends the verification code to someone else’s information. I have proof that I have this account. I have a receipt, the last time I bought anything for the account is close to the last time I was able to play it. I played it on MacBook IOS, and it belonged to my ex fiancé. When he left, he took the MacBook and I wasn’t able to sign out. Now, the verification is attached to his email and number, and he won’t respond to me and give me the codes. Hacked account
My email was changed by a hacker and they set up 2 factor authentication. When i click the revert back email link from EA, the web says "there was an issue updating your email". I tried to contact EA help through chat but they don't seem to respond. Pic 1 is the email change notice from EA and pic 2 is what the web shows after i click the "change your email back". I had severe trouble trying to get any help back in the day with apex. And now today in 2025 there is no live chat.. no numbers and i have emailed them 5 times on the same subject and all i get back in the automated response email saying they received my email but still have not responded to it. I bought a game played for less then 3 hours and was WRONGFULLY banned. No one will look into it or contact me this is outrageous... Ea is going to die off as a company if they don't fix this garbage.Unable to access Child EA Account settings and parental control
Some years ago i made a child EA account with my mother. After some time not playing I had the problem that i didn't remember the lock in information so i made a new account some days ago which is now a teen account. i found the ID of the old account today and remembered the Password somehow too but i just now realized two things. The child account locks into sims 4 every time i play no matter if i lock in EA with my new account which is annoying since im not able to use some functions. Also the second thing is that i think its some how linked to my steam account which shouldn't be possible coz its a child account which then also makes sense why it locks into Sims 4 since i downloaded it from steam. Every time i try to link the teen Account to my steam account it says that its already linked (attachment). i cant unlkink it since I don't have access to those settings either coz they are online. i also cant access the parental control settings either because my mother and i don't remember the email address of the child account which is the only way next to a phone number to access the setting online. when i try to lock in via the steam connection it always says that an error happend too right after asking if a code should be sent to a guard or parent. Does anyone know what i can do to at least have access to the parental control settings or is there nothing i can do?
