Struggling with PDF Conversions Need Advice!
Hey guys, I’m trying to figure out the fastest way to convert a bunch of PDFs into editable Word files. I’ve tried some online converters but they either mess up the formatting or have size limits. My partners account has been banned. All because of one false flag chat in battlefield 6. We're honestly beside ourselves, I'm not even sure if anything like this will help but we are trying anything to get eyes on this issue. We would hate anyone else to be put in such a situation simply because of AI flagging chat in battlefield. He's had his EA account for 17 years now. 17 years of memories, money, and hard work. Most importantly 17 years of a clean history, with no prior actions taken on his account. 17 years of clean history apparently doesn't mean anything. Every single appeal we have made is responded with automated responses, often not even fighting the situation. The first email kept saying he was just suspended and could play after the suspension ended. Which isn't even applicable in his situation as it's his whole EA account banned. Banned without warning as well. Any other response is the same as the last, no review of the evidence we've provided just them posting the ToS again. You would think after his long standing account it would be easier to speak to an actual person, rather than automation. I feel like this is a cautionary tale for those who are wanting to play battlefield in its current state. As well as to call awareness for there to be a fix in the AI chat flagging. In its current state it's just allowing hate speech but banning the people who dared to call someone out on their racism. Chat should be safe to use if you are following the ToS, you shouldn't fear your account being taken from you for following rules. Honestly I'm sure it's incredibly obvious that the money lost from this is immense. That's not even the most important thing for us though. It's all the accomplishments, memories and hard work he put into the games. We downloaded his account data and under status is says banned. Under status reason it reads "NONE". Which is just another confusing disheartening part of this saga. We are trying to stay positive and keep pushing for fairness and justice. It's hard with the lack of human interaction. I'm not even sure how to end this, or if this is even making sense. Ive just bought FC26 Toty edition but it wont let me play pro clubs or have access to any in game passes or progressional rewards. It only allows me to play Ultimate team and co-op seasons. Im not sure what the issue is. I thought maybe it had to do with the fact the email in the EA account is old however EA wont allow me to change it without having access to that email address (I dont have access to it anymore). Soo.. even tho I had safety feature on, I got an email saying someone was trying to access my account by requesting codes. I logged in and changed the password. Problem solved? No, later I get an email saying that the primary adress has been changed. I try to change the password via giving my EA name, asking for reset through phone, change the password. Then when I try to log in, it tells me that the credentials are wrong. A password I changed 30 seconds ago. I create a case with chat. The first agent tells me that they cannot change the email until 30 days have passed and I did not provide enough evidence for getting my account back, then leaves the conversation. I sleep to calm down, contact them again today. This time, the agent admits that I have provided enough evidence to show I am the rightful owner of the account. But they cannot make changes to my account, they are "unable". And then tells me to contact them tomorrow again. I ask for a new agent to escelate, gets the same answer. Is EA really telling me, that even after I prove to them that the account has been hacked, they cant give it back to me? Is there noone with override powers? Every penny I have spent, every minute I have played on this account is now lost, and I am not getting any help from EA.
