I've had three days of non-stop not being able to log onto this app and access my games.
The first two days, I was getting unresolvable error messages - the last time that happened to me over a month ago, I was told by an EA Customer Support member that there was nothing I could do on my end, that the issue was with EA. In four days, the issue did resolve itself without a word from EA.
Today, I've been getting the obnoxious "network failed to do its network thing" error every time I've tried to login. I found a supposed solution on the forum, followed it to a T and it didn't work. There doesn't seem to be an end in sight for this issue - but I want to access the games that I paid for, or at least some glimmer of hope that there'll be a solution. I'm not on twitter so can't tweet with Customer support and they hide their phone number pretty well. Anyone else have a solution?
Nov. 9, 2023, and it is giving me this all night long. Worker perfectly fine last night. This is some BS

I'm also here having this same problem currently. EC:10005 and none of the solutions that I've found online has helped, including a full uninstall and reinstall of the EA app.
I just played 2 nights ago too and it was fine! This app is such trash.

Same here. I was able to play last night with no problem, today I'm getting the error ea:10005. Thought it was something wrong on my end. I even tried all the "fixes" and nothing worked. Glad to finally see it's not just me having problems. It's a shame to spend all this money for these games/kits and can't play offline.

ea in general is bs, they ruined all games with their lazy devs who likes giving excuses for literally everything
