I've had three days of non-stop not being able to log onto this app and access my games.
The first two days, I was getting unresolvable error messages - the last time that happened to me over a month ago, I was told by an EA Customer Support member that there was nothing I could do on my end, that the issue was with EA. In four days, the issue did resolve itself without a word from EA.
Today, I've been getting the obnoxious "network failed to do its network thing" error every time I've tried to login. I found a supposed solution on the forum, followed it to a T and it didn't work. There doesn't seem to be an end in sight for this issue - but I want to access the games that I paid for, or at least some glimmer of hope that there'll be a solution. I'm not on twitter so can't tweet with Customer support and they hide their phone number pretty well. Anyone else have a solution?
Same thing happened to me Thursday morning. Saw this information on the EA App board under technical issues...
An advisor on Help EA chat just informed me that there is a known issue with the EA servers for some areas. They didn't have an estimate on how long it will take to fix it, but at least they are aware of the problem and are working on it.
