No way to preload Battlefield 2042 on EA app

I can't find a way to preload battlefield 2042 on EA app via Game Pass's EA play.I find the preload button on origin, but it seems that I can only use my ea play(gained from the game pass) on the ea ...

It should be appearing in EA Desktop now, if not restart it.

Huh. I'll admit I installed origin to download it, then when I relaunched EA desktop recently it shows up there and shows I have EA play, game launches fine (can't play of course since beta starts tomorrow).

Either way, I'm sure it will be working by the time the beta actually starts. And the beta is only a 18 GB download so its not huge.

Same here, downloaded it on origin and the beta suddenly appeared on my EA desktop app.

@DinyTickCN So, are you able to connect?
I got it installed and like in the screen you shared I can launch it and it says it's included in my membership. However, in the client I get the message that I need to pre-order or be a sub.
I'm wondering if the servers are just simply having trouble handeling all the folks that try to connect right now tbh.

It still wouldn't let me DOWNLOAD through the app, that's the only place I have access to it, since I am playing through Xbox Game Pass.

I've been trying for the past 18 hours, even as we currently speak. I've really tried anything. Clearing cache, installing through Steam, restarting... I don't know what to do anymore.
