No way to preload Battlefield 2042 on EA app

I can't find a way to preload battlefield 2042 on EA app via Game Pass's EA play.I find the preload button on origin, but it seems that I can only use my ea play(gained from the game pass) on the ea ...

    It should be appearing in EA Desktop now, if not restart it.

@EA_Jason I preordered the standard edition and still had no option to download it on EA Desktop. Eventually downloaded the trial somehow using the Xbox App, but EA Desktop says I haven’t bought the game yet.

Have you purchased BF2042 through the a third party retailer @Michael_Infernus? I did see an issue pop-up where purchases from third party retailers won't show up on the EA app but they do show up in Origin. 

Another thing that I noticed is that when someone purchased the BF2042 pre-order, the payment is stuck in Processing in the Order History on the EA account, so it is a good idea to check that too or reach out to our support team.
