Old email that i dont use is linked to my xbox acc.

Are you hoping to change the outdated email address of an EA account? If so, you can update the email address of your EA account by following these steps. If you no longer have access to the email, please use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to contact our live support team for assistance. Once an advisor verifies your account ownership, they'll work with you to correct that information. 

If you're trying to unlink your Xbox account from an old EA account that uses that childhood email address, you can do so by following the steps on this page. Please note that progress is stored at the EA account level, not on your local device, and unlinking an account may result in the loss of that progress. If you're unable to access the EA account your Xbox account is currently linked to, you'll need to contact our live support team for assistance, as we can't support account-related requests here on the forums.
