Order processing take too long ,, payment already purchased

Hey guys , i've purchased FC26  3 days ago and as soon as i purchased , got Email about purchasing but the order is still processing in EA account management and game isn't arrived in my ea app libra...

I’m currently having the same issue, I accidentally bought it twice because it wasn't showing as owned or in my library, I’ve refunded one purchase but still the 2nd purchase still showing as processing on order history and doesn’t say I own the game in EA App
