The easier answer would be to say that its not being sunset ever, but that the terrible and worthless piece of resource-hogging barely-functioning software that is EA Desktop will be shut down in the next week. That's the only answer any of us really care to hear.
Don't worry, I know you're trying your best. I understand its hard trying to be friendly face for a company we all know doesn't give a single care in the world about us or anything it pumps out. You have my sympathies and pity, Barry. I hope you find a job in near future where someone who works as hard as you is actually valued.
