Poor service
Since Origin was shut down, I've been ported across to the new EA Play. On the way, my catalog of games was lost, and as hard as i've tried, it seems to be beyond EA's capability to fix it. Endless ...
Oh yeah, what's the name on my other account then? And if it's so easy to find it, why can't support just restore my games on my new account? Two weeks, of this nonsense, and I sent them invoice numbers.
