Problem with Mass Effect Legendary Edition and EA App from Geforce Now,

Please help, I have a problem playing Mass Effect Legendary Edition from Geforce Now, since I bought the game from Steam on April 30, I had been playing without problems until a few hours ago. Now when I open the game to play from Steam, the EA app stops me with a notice that says "The game license is invalid" and says that the app cannot read the game license file. I have tried all the solutions they give me in the warning, such as deleting the app's cache, but I do it and when I want to open the game it still won't start. There is another option such as opening the game with online mode to renew the license but when I start the app it is already in online mode, so it doesn't make much sense and it hasn't been a solution for me either. I have done everything and I still haven't played for a few hours since the problem started, I contacted support and the advisor redirected me here so that the problem can be solved and I hope it can be solved.

Another thing to mention is that before the problem started, a window appeared in Geforce Now that said "Display I don't know what" lol and there I could add my email and password, after that I entered the game calmly, but currently the problem What I have makes that window not even appear and just stays without even starting the game

  • I'm having the exact same issue. I just bought this game via Steam, and any other game I play through Steam works fine. This one keeps giving me the invalid license error, and clearing cache doesn't fix it at all.

  • @1234567890123xx I have it through pc gamepass and it doesnt work. just tells me its already running. none of my ea games are working right since yesterday.
