Problems with Sims 4-I can't contact anyone from EA for Help.
Why is there now no "Contact Us" at the bottom of the EA help website page?
I've tried and tried for a few weeks now and I can't even email anyone or chat to an agent.
I just got the latest EP and all hell broke loose, I've been getting multiple replicated items in my profile, and I mean multiple rows and rows of the same 1 or 2 items, to where none of my other items can be displayed for me to access them, it's infuriating and frustrating for me to even play the game. plus I still have no access to the gallery, i can't monitor who's downloading or commenting on my creations nor can i see anyone else's to download. Is there another button to click that like the news feed will get me there? Am I missing something? plus I am forced to play the game off steam, coz I can't launch it or any other of my games directly off the EA app. Will I need to reformat my hard drive? Is there anyone here who can help me with these agrivating problems so I won't have to take such drastic measures?
