    Hi @GeneralSlifff

Thanks for popping up those images. In this image, what happens when you click on 'See More Details'?

  • doing that and it goes back to same page after visiting both of these sites

    1st.

Then after clicking on the red it goes to second website

then when i click dispute it goes back to same pages.

    Hi @GeneralSlifff,

I'm sorry, I'm not sure why that's happening for you. This is a direct link that might work: https://help.ea.com/en/help-contact-us/?product=origin&platform=&topic=dispute-ban-suspension&category=manage-my-account&subcategory=banned-or-suspended-account

Hopefully, it does. It should get you to the page that let's you select 'email' as an option. Once you get to a section where you can add more information, this guide recommends putting this info in there:

    • Your username.
      • This is your EA ID, PlayStation™Network Online ID, Xbox Live gamertag, EA mobile game-specific User ID, or game-specific username.
      • Your Answers HQ username is the same as your EA ID, but your username for a game-specific forum, like The Sims, can be different. Make sure you give us your username and the specific forum and what language it’s in when you reach out to us.
      • Need help finding your mobile User ID? Learn how to find your ID for the mobile games you play.
    • Email address that's on your locked, banned, or suspended EA Account.
      • If you're playing a mobile game, your email address may not be linked to it. Email us using an email address that's linked to an EA Account so you can get more information.
    • Detailed info that includes any error or notification messages that you saw.
      • Tell us what’s going on and why we need to take another look at the action that we took on your account.

Hmmm, the only other way I can think of is to try is this:

    1. On the EA Help homepage, type the title of your game or product into the search bar.
    2. Select the game you need help with from the search results.
    3. Select See all help topics.
    4. Select the Manage my account category.
    5. Select I need help logging into my EA Account.
    6. Select Chat with us, fill out the webform

@GeneralSlifff you should hopefully get the option to contact support from there. Once in touch, let the support advisor know what the issue is so they can correct the case information and help you from there.

    @GeneralSlifff  Use this link below.

If your EA account is banned do not appeal your ban until you do your research, gather evidence, and practice writing a proper appeal in WordPad or Notepad.

You need to be well prepared before appealing your ban.

When an EA account is banned you only get 3 attempts at appealing your ban to the TOS team.

    Just so you know.
