@1ibtnfvvegef That seems extremely frustrating, however, it might be a question your bank would be better equipped to explain than anyone on this forum (who are mostly other simmers or EA community managers who may not have access to info like this). If your bank is unhelpful, or says they need more information from EA, then this issue might need more advanced support from EA: https://help.ea.com/en/help-home/

    Thanks! I actually spoke to the EA support agent. There's nothing they can do on their side. Unfortunately, this type of issue can occur with any unpopular currency. I ended up turning on the double conversion and paying a little more than EA states as a price, but it happens due to currency conversions and it's not EA's fault, nor it is the bank's one. I could only pay with a credit card, maybe with a different payment method this issue does not occur.
