I am having the same problem. I am trying to add my child's account to play The Simpson's: Tapped Out, but there is no way to associate an e-mail address to the account. But TSTO only lets you log in with an email, not a username.

The child's account is set up, but in the EA app options there is no way to add an e-mail. The account is associated to me as a guardian, but my e-mail is already associated to my own account.
