Re: I cannot dowload EA Play games with Xbox Game Pass Ultimate

Both those games should be playable through Game Pass Ultimate on PC. Are you trying to install through the Xbox app?

@EA_Aljo I found the reason, it was because I had connected the wrong Xbox account to the EA account. Thank you for helping.
