@EA_QueenBee i got some problem, that all my case is got decline because someone using my account to broke the EA User Agreement or EA Terms Of Sale. I alredy contact the live chat team and they says that i need to keep creating a new case, and i dont know how to tell them that im not the one who broke the rule, and didnt have the proof, i can still login to my account, but my account got banned. I read the EA guidelines and rules about Apex and I did not break any rule, and the day i got email notification about my ban on 24th March, as far as i remember i didnt play apex sicne 23th March.

Unfortunately I'm not able to help if our terms of service team won't/can't remove the ban on your account. They're the only team with the power to do so. If they don't, we're not able to help here on the forums.
