Re: Refund status showing failed

Hello dear friend from across the world, im happy to inform you that I contacted the live chat support so many times alot of them talking like scripted bot but finally i found some like human being his name was Jomari . He is a really professional supporter that he checked the problem with my refund and he found that my card method not eligible for refund , and he bring the game back to my library, god bless him.

just open a live chat support under Refund request category. Tell them that please check why my Refund status failed on your website and not pending or processing.

Does it work ? I contacted my bank , they are saying its EA's problem. EA support saying its my bank side problem.

Updating my situation, they added the game to my library it was without the game license so when i try to download the game its keep saying i don’t have access to, this company a big scam, they refuse to funds me my money as its technical issues 

Same issue , atleast they can cancel the refund request and give us the access to the game...
