If your refund request is showing as failed, you'll want to contact live support so they can take a look at your billing details and see what's going on- here on the forums we aren't able to access those details to investigate further.
Please submit a help request from the site here to speak with live support on this.

Hello dear friend from across the world, im happy to inform you that I contacted the live chat support so many times alot of them talking like scripted bot but finally i found some like human being his name was Jomari . He is a really professional supporter that he checked the problem with my refund and he found that my card method not eligible for refund , and he bring the game back to my library, god bless him.
just open a live chat support under Refund request category. Tell them that please check why my Refund status failed on your website and not pending or processing.
