Re: Where are my games that I bought in Origin?

Hey @MrDirty it's most likely the case that you have multiple EA accounts and are logged into a secondary account. The best thing to do is log out of your Origin account and then on the sign-in page hit forgot password and enter any email accounts that you may have. If there is an account linked to that email then you will receive an email prompting you to reset your password.

    Your suggestion was correct that I was using the wrong email to log in on. After logging in on the correct account about half of the games are available in my library. There are still many that are missing. What steps from here do I need to do to re-link the missing titles to my account again? I have the key codes on hand if they can be of use. Thank you.

    If the games are not showing on the correct account @MrDirty then it may be the case that you have them on another EA account.

    This is my other account. I checked the order history and many of the order numbers have the same last 4 digits. Perhaps that's an internal thing, but it does span multiple years of orders having the same last 4 digits. While some have unique numbers altogether. Also, some titles are repeated multiple times in the order history. And I don't mean expansions for the same base game.  

    edit: there are games in my library that are not in the order history as well. They aren't old games that would pre-date Origin. Titles such as: Dead Space 2 and 3 are in my library, but not in my order history. While Dead Space 1 is missing entirely.

    I left the EA App open all day and late in the day several of my missing games just appeared in my library. With no explanation as to why or how. But many are still missing. I re-checked the Order History and nothing was added, none of the games that suddenly appeared in my library. Given the other details about the order history, numbers and titles repeating. I joined in 2010 and the first game listed in the Order History was added in 2014. While that may not be impossible, it is strange to have a 4 year gap like that. Especially since I know that I opened the account -because- I had game codes to add to it. I have all of the missing game's codes. Can they be verified to have been redeemed on my account? And then be re-linked to my account?

    Any insight that will help resolve my issue? Other than suggesting that I have numerous accounts and I am just using the wrong one. I am certain I am using the correct one and still many games are not listed. I have all of the game codes for the missing games. Is it possible to verify them with my account and have them re-linked? Is this the right place for that or do I need to contact another EA Help Desk? @EA_Darko

    You can speak with our live support team for further account-related issues @Chuaygo.

    From what I can see if looks like you have multiple accounts and have games spread across them.

    Where is the contact information for the live support team? Is it another website or a call center?

    Those other accounts you're seeing are probably my Playstation and Xbox account logins for games on their consoles. The issue I have is the games I purchased for PC through Origin are not showing up in my Library and the game page says I do not own it. The disparities in my Order History and my Library suggests the Origin to EA App migration tool used on my account was faulty.  @EA_Darko

    To  speak with a chat adviser:

    Click on your product EA app

    Then select 'PC

    Manage my Account'

    Can't log in

    Finally, you can choose to begin a chat
