If the games are not showing on the correct account @MrDirty then it may be the case that you have them on another EA account.

Any insight that will help resolve my issue? Other than suggesting that I have numerous accounts and I am just using the wrong one. I am certain I am using the correct one and still many games are not listed. I have all of the game codes for the missing games. Is it possible to verify them with my account and have them re-linked? Is this the right place for that or do I need to contact another EA Help Desk? @EA_Darko

You can speak with our live support team for further account-related issues @Chuaygo.
From what I can see if looks like you have multiple accounts and have games spread across them.

Where is the contact information for the live support team? Is it another website or a call center?
Those other accounts you're seeing are probably my Playstation and Xbox account logins for games on their consoles. The issue I have is the games I purchased for PC through Origin are not showing up in my Library and the game page says I do not own it. The disparities in my Order History and my Library suggests the Origin to EA App migration tool used on my account was faulty. @EA_Darko
