This is ridiculous. Every app start I got these messages and missing games at the library, so now we have to clean this up every time?

Today I logged in after some time and for the first time ever I got this message.
I SERIOUSLY HOPE that this is an extremely late 1st of april joke.
'cause I never, NEVER removed these games from my library.
I NEVER remove ANY game from ANY game client.Tried to clear the cache but these are still missing.
Same here. A lot of games "removed for a reason unlisted". My list is really big. What the hell is going on with the EA App?
Still doesn't work at all
I have been trying to get in contact with help for this for over a week now. I have literal proof the games were on my account and now my account does not have the contents and all of my payment history has been deleted and I am not getting any help, just ran through a loop of nonsense.
- sasskitten0211 months agoNew Vanguard@ErPeGa Same but I also found that if you just log out and then back in then they return. I also keep a short cut of the only two games I have on it on my desktop just incase this annoyance lasts longer and takes more then logging out or clearing cache.
Clearing cache doesn't work on the games that is missing from my library.
It tells you to go to Game Hub and add it back but there is no options to add it back on the game pageHave 2 games. Battlefield 4, but it seems to still be in my library and Tropico 6 which you don't sell anymore for some reason. Can't add it back from there
Same, clearing cache (and completely uninstalling with clearing residual files) and reinstalling does not help. Still says that "I removed games"... I never did that.
the issue is some of the games that I absolutely own and have owned for years are saying I need to buy them again whats happening
I am having the same problem. I started the EA App (after an update) and it is saying that I (!!!!) removed games from my library, which I absolutely did not. I am extremely irritated. If this was a bug in the EA App, then the IT guy who caused this should throw himself into his katana.
How on earth am I supposed to contact EA Support on the error in their EA App? I spent the last 20 minutes to find a way to contact them.

Jesus when they will fix this??? I cannot play with any packs. My sims 4 saves will be corrupted with many missing objects. First of all: the idea to replace Origin with EA app was the most terrible idea ever. With origin rarely someone had these kind of problems. Its bizarre. And NOBODY from EA take care in this thread to fix this.
I would try opening a case, but the help.ea page seems to just break.
Nevertheless, I also have two games removed for "unlisted reasons". Clearing cache did not work. App Recovery did not work. I have no bans on my account. I played one of the games yesterday with no problem.
@dctrachtI didn know so many having this prob, i opened a new case for mine ☹️(( And im not able to uninstall the Ea app, coz i thought want to force uninstall then try to re install again!! damn
Seems like a large scale EA mistake. We will just have to see how quickly they fix this.

Well that fixed my problem with playing the Sims 4.....but now the game is telling me that I do not own any the of the DLC's I paid for with Steam....Any help with this or am I screwed?

all these actions only helped to return what was bought from EA. Those add-ons that were purchased on Steam became unavailable. Even re-binding my Steam account did not help.
@EA_Barry Honestly, I really do as step as you advice as below to clearing the cache same issue happen. but still doesn't work
Today i was shocked All packs I purchased from the Steam are gone!!!!!!, only show free packs from the EA.
I double check all what's happen in myside, My Steam account not link with EA. Cause i play and buy packs The Sims4 from Stream app once access to game EA app will popup to signup as normal, i link with EA account by Gmail. Then Game was normally running but missing my package work as i purchased by Stream 25 DLC packs. And need required to buy pack again to continue the sims as my game downloads.

EA App Show all my DLC pack purchased remove in Library. They said this contents deleted as the reason in link
i m no idea what i can do to recover all pack i paid work as normal
I hope can resolve as soon as possible i don't want to buy new all pack again
