i have the same problem too
I recently was having issues with my PC version of FC 24. I purchased this through the epic games store on Sunday, May 19th, 2024. Since downloading, my game crashes/backs out as soon as I enter pro clubs or volta football online matches. I've checked wifi, etc. and yet nothing. So I decided to check if I can do anything to the game in order to fix it. I then proceeded to hit the "Repair" button from a drop down. The game was then "repaired" and then attempted to be launched. I then needed to restart the game since it crashed upon opening, in which I discovered that the game had been removed from my library. What do I need to do to get this back?
- @6764345754 Epic Games also will not refund the game as I had played to long on it, so I would rather just get the game back.
i bought the game hours ago and suddenly my game was removed
I have the exact same issue but with Dragon Age Inquisition. It was part of Epic's free game, and it was fine while I play yesterday but now it was removed from EA play though I still have it in my Epic library.
Yeah I had the same thing today as well but for need for speed heat and titanfall 2, both were bought through steam
I'm having the same issue with Dragon Age: Inquisition, too. I also got it from Epic as their free game of the week. About half an hour ago while I was playing, the game popped up with a notification that said something about how Origin had crashed and the game would now close, even though the game is only linked to the EA app and Epic. It closed, and then when I tried to relaunch it, the EA app said it had been removed from my library. It still appears in my Epic library too, though.
Same ting here but with Dragon Age: Inquisiton (aquired through Epic Games). Yesterday played fine, today suddenly everything disappeared.
I just had both Star Wars Jedi games removed from my library as long with few other games as well randomly when I was just playing an hour ago. I bought all these games on steam.
i also have this same problem with dragon age inquisition and would like to now what the problem is
Same thing just happened to me with the star wars bundle of battlefront 2 , fallen order , & squadrons from steam. I was just playing an hour ago.
Clearly if a lot of people are having it at the same time, EA has done something very wrong with something related to linking to other storefronts.
This is the exact problem I'm seeing right now. I just lost access to both Fallen Order and Survivor. Both were purchased on steam.
same issue or me. purchases BFV and BF1 with all dlc on steam and now no longer have access.
looks like this is a common error today, I was trying to play Sims4 but suddenly I also get the "content removed" problem

also having this issue with all of my sims 4 content being removed as well
- @mattded0 I can launch my FC24 but my other games in the library, I have the same "content has been removed" problem. I was trying to play Sims 4
Just had the same issue, all my games that i bought for steam on the EA store all "remove for unlisted reason". Can EA help get back to us please? It seems multiple people are having the same issue suddenly so it think it's worth looking into if its a backend issue.
apparently this is a common problem now. Saw some tweet about Dragon Age, that it crashes EA servers now even other EA games cannot be played in the App
I also just had a number of games removed from my EA library for "unlisted reasons".
These included:
Titanfall 2 (plus all DLC)
Need for Speed Heat Deluxe Edition
Need for Speed Hot Pursuit Remastered
Starwars Jedi- Fallen Order
Starwars Jedi - Fallen order Deluxe upgrade
Unravel
Unvravel 2
Certainly in the case of Titanfall 2 I can confirm I bought that through Steam on sale june 20th 2020. I'm pretty sure the others were purchased through STEAM as well.Look forward to hearing from EA on this issue. Absolutely the level of customer dis-service we've come to expect EA. Rip games out of peoples accounts that they've paid for and then afterwards look at it.
My Dragon Age Inquisition that I picked up on Epic's free games was just removed for an unlisted reason, and looking into it further it looks like my copy of It Takes Two on Steam which I paid for was also removed for an unknown reason.
"Game ownership disabled or deleted" on Origin for every single title owned on Epic Games..
Tried launching Dragon Age: Inquisition the same way as usual and none of the suggested solutions worked (restarting app, clearing cache..)
Everything I bought on Steam was just removed from my EA account. BF1, both Jedi games, Titanfall 2, several NFS titles, and a whole heap of DLC. Convenient that BF3, BF4 and MoH Warfighter, which I had bought on the EA App are still in my account.
Same as me... what happen to EA?
Sounds like EA just did a big *. Same issue here.
