i have the same problem with sims 4 , i have 87 extensions in Steam and EA app just 2 🤐

i intalled sims 4 again and it's the same , in the EA app i have the extensions removed

    Good news, my game's back to normal, I got all my packs and stuffs back

    no need reinstall or do anything
