Re: Why does the EA app display "Games have been removed from your library"?

Many of my purchases are getting removed from my account. In the EA app, I have a notification that some of them were removed because my EA Play membership has ended.

Yes, I was subscribed to EA play, but I had also bought many games. Some of them were free, some of them I paid for.

Here a re a few of the games getting removed that I payed for. These total for around 130$ of purchases. They are still listed in my order history.

* Mirror's Edge Catalyst

* Battlefield V

* Star Wars Battlefront (Classic)

* Star Wars Battlefront I Ultimate

* Star Wars Battlefront II

* Star Wars The Force Unleashed

* Star Wars The Force Unleashed II

There are a few free purchases that haven't been listed above that have been removed as well.

It is unacceptable that my purchases have gone away. I can't help but feel like I'm getting ripped off by EA.

I found a really good way to fix all my EA issues, never buy an EA game again, because their support for customers like is totally usless.
Since stopping buying games from EA about two years ago I have experienced no unfinished buggy games where I feel like a beta tester and no awful support for something I have paid for.
