Refund denied for Duplicate order
I made a duplicate purchase back in end of November. The reason being that I made the purchase and the games (Vie a la campagne, Au restaurant and Mini-maison Kit) didn't appear in my account. I thought there had been a glitch so I made the purchase again. Then I found out that I had been charged twice. Sent a message to EA, case got closed without processing the refund. I followed up on the case, right away when I received it was close, to request the refund, it is still mark as in progress. I've been patient but this is too long. So today I decided to reach out via chat, I am being told my refund is ineligible because it's been too long.
So here I am, having 3 games in duplicate in my account. I paid 6 times for actually being able to play 3 games. I am denied my request for a refund, I even proposed an exchange. but no.
I had even bought another game (kit) back in march thinking EA has got my back, they will process my refund whenever they get to it. I am never buying a game again, I know you don't care and it won't make a difference. How you treat your customers matters. How is it even possible to be buy games you already own doesnt make sense, it shouldnt be possible. But it is.
To top it off? The EA App doesn't work and I am unable to play the games I own. YAY
