@EA_Barryhii, the criteria is within 24hr after you first lauch the game, but as i said i have launched this game with xbox pass few weeks ago, but officially i bought it today on ea app, so i am requesting refund within 24 hr of purchase will i be able to get the refund??

Hopefully your previous play via EA Play/Game Pass will not interfere with the refund.
