Keeps asking me to buy Ea play though i have gamepass wont let me download games (PC)

To make use of the the XPU/EA Play promotion it is important that you have your Xbox account linked to your EA account.
We have a handy little article over on EA Help with more information on how to do this:

When your account has been linked, make sure that you are logging in with the correct EA account on the EA app. This is the EA account that you have linked to your Xbox account.
If you want to make sure and double check that the accounts are properly linked, then follow this link to see your linked accounts.
