SIMS 4 Multiple Purchases

I also just had a similar problem
But the livechat bot won't show how to contact a live agent to handle it
Made repeated purchase of the growing together as it doesn't show bought when I purchased it just now (now is July)
I bought back in Feb

I've split your post into it's own thread to avoid necro-posting.
If you've got a duplicate purchase on your account for one of your packs, that's something the live support team can look into to get that extra purchase refunded- here on AHQ, we aren't able to access your billing information to process a refund.
On the site here under the game support option you can select EA app as the product, then I want to check my order status. From there, you should see the current available contact options.
