Similar issue.. Except I bought a STUFF PACK DLC from the EA app, and though it shows up as owned and installed in both the EA app and in the Sims 4 main menu as owned packs, within the game it doesn't show up. I have used the Chat with EA and tech support was not helpful - he kept saying for me to insert my disc and then reinstall, after repeatedly telling him I have bought all my Sims 4 content thru Origin first, then did the mandated switch to the EA app, then when a recent sale went up on the EA App (no discs are involved). (then re-explained all of the prior) that the DLC is installed, shown as paid for thru the EA's app and thru the games main pages.. but within CAS and B/B if i hover over the packs when filters for the STUFF PACK it says do not own it. it's so frustrating.

Hey there @Yofija,
Is Spooky Stuff the only pack you're seeing this issue with, or is this happening with any other packs as well?

Well, one day within the last 2 weeks the Spooky Stuff pack randomly showed up in game. All was good... until today.
Today, I bought the latest two kits, Pastel Pop and Everyday Clutter kits.
Neither are showing up in-game... just like before.
Even though BOTH the EA app says they are owned and installed. 😢 💔
Again... in the main menu of the actual game... it shows that I do in fact own both kits.
Pictures below... But again, like before, when I start to play and press SHOW ALL in Build and Buy... neither of the kits are showing up.
Later I watched two Simmers on YT that have had the same issue. I don't know why the other randomly corrected... and So I don't know how to fix the issue.
Previously, when I called EA customer support. It was like talking to a brick wall, unfortunately, I try all the mundane normal things, like repairing the app. Then, repairing the game.
Turning my pc on and off again. Clearing cache. They really tried to help me... but apparently, they didn't seem to know much about Sims4. Nor this situation.
I also have proof of sale from confirmation emails.
>> BTW I am using the new EA app, and not ORIGIN and the Simmers suggest deleting EA and trying to find the download for Origin again... that once in Origin everything works fine... I do not want to do this, as the previous issue cleared up. Not sure how though. Maybe when we got that last update, I don't know, I just know the similar issue before just cleared up one day. I assumed it was a one-time weird issue, but here we are again.

EVERYDAY CLUTTER kit --> shows that I own the kit and it is installed, from EA app menu
PASTEL POP kit --> shows that I own the kit and it is installed, from EA app menu
GAME MENU --> shows that I own BOTH kits, from Sims4 main menu > my kits
