I'm sorry to hear your games are missing.
The first thing I'd do in this case is double-check that you're logged in to the same account where you previously purchased them. If you bought them on EA app/Origin app, you can check your invoices to make sure it's the correct account.
- If it's not the right account, try logging in with other possible emails that you may have.
- If it's the right account and you cannot see the game, you will need to contact EA Help Support: How to get help with your EA Account
