    Hello @Leonaska 

    Let's give the following steps a try:

    • Use a different payment method
    • Make sure your billing details in the EA app match the billing details for your card
    • Remove and re-add your payment method from your account
    • Make sure the location on your account matches your real location

Hi! Mine was doing the same thing, and I tried everything to fix it but nothing worked…. I eventually figured out that the issue was that I had saved my credit card info on my EA account, and apparently it didn’t like that…. I removed the card, and when I went to pay, I didn’t check off the little “save card info” button, and then it went through just fine! I don’t know if this is the same problem you’re having, but this worked for me! 🙂
