Twitch rewards

Yesterday I watched the live stream on Twitch for about an hour and a half to get the rewards from the packs, but when I go to collect them, this appears and it doesn't go into the game.

Its in Portuguese 

I can click on the button that says " resgatar agora" doesn't work at all.
