Unable to Download Battlefield 2042 via EA App using EA Play
When attempting to download the game, I get an error (see image attached)
Can anyone advise how this can be fixed and I can actually download the game?

Hi @Katash_ZA,
A good place to start is to clear the cache via Help > App recovery.
- @EA_Jason this does not do anything and you know that. Please fix this issue. this is a complete joke by ea. if it doesn't work don't release it, even if it is a beta. Its completely broken

@brownguy1999 It does help in general, but I have seen some cases where the game can not be downloaded when purchased through a third party retailer.
Where did you buy it and does it work on Origin?
