Absolutely, no worries at all! When you're navigating the Uninstall process for the EA app, accessible through the Windows Control Panel or Apps screen, you'll come across the Repair option. This Repair feature essentially performs a reinstallation of the app, but without the need for a complete uninstall and reinstall. It scans for any damaged or corrupted files and seeks to fix them during the Repair process. This can be especially useful when you're encountering a particular issue that might be resolved through repairs.

@EA_Leeuw Thank you, that does help. I also cleared the cache in the EALaunchHelper folder which resolved the issue. Is that ok to do as well? I see it was recommended on here for an issue I was having and a community manager was pointing other users towards the guidance. If you could advise about that, I would appreciate it.
