Where are my games

I was never a monthly subscriber or a yearly subscriber I owned and paid for all my games so why are my games gone? Also, I did not have this issue before downloading The new EA App. My games are old, and I don't play them anymore anyway, the new EA App. shows I have no order history, but I bought all those games the EA game app. says it will reinstate my games, if I Subscribe, But I have a better idea, I will just stop being part of the community! EA even though these games are old I am unhappy with them being gone! In one week from now I will simply delete EA and I will be permanently gone Its your loss !

    Thanks for those details! If your game library isn't showing your games or add-ons in the EA app, then most likely you're logging into the EA app with the wrong login details. You need to login to the app with the same details that you originally purchased your content on, and you'll see everything available in your library to download and access again.

    Please also check your Order History in the EA app- if your Order History is showing as blank and you're not seeing any previous purchases you've made here, this is another way to verify that you're currently logging into the app with the incorrect login details. 

    I'd recommend checking any emails you have for the email receipt of your purchases so you know which account to login to the EA app to. If you need further help locating the correct login details, that's something live support can help with- you can reach out to live support by submitting a help request here: https://help.ea.com/help/faq/using-ea-help.

    Have you just recently moved over from Origin, and you're seeing an empty game library in the EA app?

  • The old email account does not exist anymore and I can't get emails from there ! I updated my email address like a long time ago!

    Gotchya, in that case please go ahead and contact live support using the link provided above so they can help you regain access to that older account and get the email updated to something you do have access to instead.

    it is so much uphill why did you remove the games that i paid for ??
