Least when you login you aren't forced to see this... I'm totally not happy. Not to mention I called twice and both people were very hard to understand as obviously they were not in the US, but they also didn't help me. In fact one person basically made me feel like helping me try and fix my problem with it was more than he felt like dealing with. I could tell by his hints, that he just wanted to get off the phone, as if helping me wasn't important.

I am tired of trying to fix this issue. I hope they do something about it fast as my patience is wearing thin.
