Why am I getting forced to install EA App?
every time i open origin it softlocks me into a window that suggests to install ea app. now i thought okay its forcing me to install this must be a good reason but no. i log in with the right account...

My game accompanies the Sims 3 and they would probably have to create it again to even work with the EA app. It's old and for free, so I doubt that'd be on their priority list. I wish they gave everyone a choice on which app to use and just have people know that Origin won't be updated or have help/support or whatever anymore.
