Xbox Ultimate Game Pass and Ea Play

Hello,  With the recent Ea play/ Xbox Pass i havent been able to touch any games from EA play due to an error i keep getting each time i try to download a game from the pass. I've seen a few people ...

    Ok. I just solved this issue. Search UAC on windows and turn the knob all the way up for allow all in the setting and select OK.

    After this step sign out on both Xbox app and EA play beta app. Restart the apps and sign in.

    Try downloading the EA play game now from xbox app, the download will start from the EA play beta app.

Pending you've uninstalled EA Desktop and then re-installed it through the Xbox App, have you tried checking to see if you can download games under a different Windows User profile to see if it's a permission issue?

@EA_Blueberry Thank You. I did all those steps many times already. Unfortunately nothing helps. All other games for EA Play are downloading with no any problems. Only The Sims 4 is not starting download at all ...
