como contactar con ayuda al cliente?

como contactar con ayuda al cliente? cada vez que intento pedir ayuda, me mandan a la misma parte, pero no me sirve

    Hola @reivax2005 

    Por favor, ten en cuenta que cuando contactas con Soporte Técnico pueden tardar un tiempo en contestarte.

    De todas formas, si quieres contactar con ellos lo puedes hacer de la siguiente manera.

    Puedes contactar con Soporte de lunes a viernes (10:00 a 23:00 UTC) a través de llamada telefónica a uno de los siguientes números:
     
    • España: (+34) 911 23 04 90
    • México: (+52) 334 77 05 297
    Si no quieres llamar o no puedes porque sería una llamada internacional, puedes contactar en el mismo horario a través del chat online en Contacto EA.

    Thanks for creating this thread. I'm afraid the board you've shared this on is supported in English, so this won't get much response if it remains over there. Please ensure your posts and threads are shared in the language of the board you're posting on for again. This guide may help with that: Getting started on Answers HQ! ^^

    I've moved this on over to the Spanish AHQ boards.
