Hello.
I’m asking for your help in restoring access to my EA account.
I’ve been playing FIFA and EA FC five years — last year I used my brother’s Xbox, but all other years I’ve been playing on PS4.
The problem is that I’ve lost access to the email linked to my EA Sports accoun. Not this - other. The phone that was connected to it has stopped working (stuck in a boot loop — I can provide a video as proof). Because of this, I can’t receive the verification code when trying to log in to the EA FC 26 web or mobile app.
I still have all the login details for my EA Sports account, but without the verification code I can’t access the Companion App. I’m still logged into the game on my PS4, but without the app it’s much harder to manage squads, SBCs, etc.
Please help me link my EA Sports account to another email address, or suggest an alternative solution.
I can provide verification details (login, ID, screenshots, video of the faulty phone, etc.) upon request.
